@SiobhanSharpe, I can’t honestly remember. He has had various medical mishaps/misfortunes over the years and this was one of those. I think the string vest was to stop him bothering a wound.

The first is the Siberian Floof and her disapproving look that her door staff were late home to let her in.
The other two are the abandoned waifs who were left on the doorstep on the practice in summer 22 now living their best lives.

This is Neko. He is 7 months old and completely bonkers when not lying on your lap

@AtomicPumpkin he was a half-bred Bengal, I believe they’re more closely related to big/wild cats than most domestic breeds. He was absolutely enormous, and it wasn’t fat either. I did once see a Burmese (fluffy breed but fairly small framed) at a vet’s which was so fat it was literally bulging out of the cat carrier - I think that one topped out at 10kg? It was being fed almost exclusively on custard creams. It made a pig look proportionately svelte to be honest.

Please don’t let me derail though! I love to tell anecdotes but a cat picture Will tell more than 100 joyous words for OP :)

@RamseyGordon she is called Miracle and she's 18months old. Named by the local animal rescue after a very rough start in life, so we had to keep the name.
She's a very smiley girl, loves showing off her teeth!

This is Roy. Why do they love laptops so much?

He decided he wanted to live here shortly after we got here and sleeps all day indoors and all night in the polytunnel. He is a beautiful softie.

This is Uno, 7 weeks old tomorrow, he is 1 of 3, we have had to help mum with feeding and have all become very attached! We keep talking about finding homes for them all but I’m not sure I can! They are just bloody adorable!

Rosa:

Charlie-Bear (she’s called Charlotte but it’s gradually morphed). She’s 16 years old and is worshipped by DD age 3. Caught her very first mouse last month (much to both her surprise and the surprise of the completely unharmed mouse who hitched a lift into our dining room) and we must have made a huge fuss of her as she has started to bring leaves in and deposit them in the same place.

MrCat likes to have his lie-in on my bladder. Needless to say this poor strategy forces both of us to get up.

This is our little princess. She has three litter trays in the house but hates them and prefers to toilet outside. The snow photo is after DP finally dug over a patch at her usual spot because we thought she might burst, and I carried her out to it. She’s nine and we adopted her when she was three directly from a family whose noisy toddler was making her a bit stressed.
