Christopher Smart had clearly never met TC.
Due to popular demand (and a fear of lynching by the denizens of Mumsnet if I failed to comply) please find enclosed the 5th (🙀) thread about my NDN's cat.
For any new arrivals to this thread, TC is a stripy thug who spends most of his waking hours trying to break into our house. He doesn't get on with our cats (with the possible exception of Sybil, but only if she's in the mood). He currently is at war with Lenny.
He occasionally behaves like a perfect gentleman, his more normal MO however is to be a hissing spitting ball of teeth and claws.

Just been sent this photo by NDN taken on his front drive.
Looks as if the Grumpy cats are making a counter offensive 😼

Grumpy, is that hot tub? I'm intrigued because of the semi-circle at the bottom of the photograph. I've never seen a hot tub in the wild so don't know if go-faster wheels are standard.

No it's NDN's pick up truck pretending to be a hot tub, the semi circle is the wheel arch.
But for those of you who haven't read all the threads recently - TC did used to sleep regularly on a swimming pool cover. I remember being soundly berated here about how dangerous it was and I shouldn't allow him to do that.

I had to gently point out that

• he wasn't my cat,
• it wasn't my swimming pool, and
• it was perfectly safe anyway because of the way the cover worked 😁

Also the pool was in more danger from TC than TC was from the pool.

Ah. Thank you. Can you imagine the carnage if TC ever got a driver's licence?

Why does Grumpy's cat look embarrassed at being caught? Methinks he was using it as a pathway between points A and B but knows that this will now be misconstrued as being just like TC and his fellow cat mates will berate him for it. He knows he's made an oopsie

Or worse still...did the NDN put Grumpy's cat there and take a picture on purpose. Is Grumpy's cat being framed?!? 😮

He's in disgrace again. Shortly after the above photoographs he moved to guard the door. When Mrs Grumpy went inside he made his move - straight to the food. NDN happened to be with us having a drink so went in to get him.

Loved seeing the pool shot again! I think those claws could pierce a hovercraft.
