Does your cat sleep on your bed at night?

Cat One sleeps on my side of the bed until from 11.00pm til 5.30, then gets up and does cat things. He returns at about 9 to sleep on DH’s side of the bed. The person on the side of the bed he wants ends up sleeping diagonally.

Cat Two seems to have a rule that there can only be a maximum of two cats and one person on the bed. She will only sleep on the bed when DH has gotten up. She then sleeps on top of me in winter, or on the cat blanket at the foot of the bed in summer. She has been refusing to get on the bed if Cat Three is there.
Cat Three sleeps on the cat blanket or with his head on DH’s leg.

I get annoyed with cats making me hot, but if I wake up and there is no cat on the bed, I feel abandoned 😁

@QuantumWeatherButterfly similar here. DCat2 sleeps all the way through and is lovely and cuddly, would be happy to have her on the bed all the time. DCat1 is ok until 4 or 5am, but then she burrows under the duvet and starts biting my legs/feet/whatever she can find until I feed her. They both sleep on the sofa now.

@MarisPiper92 There's always one, isn't there?😂

No way! All my cats always shut in the kitchen overnight, but all were outdoor cats. I don't want half a dead mouse in my bed in the middle of the night thank you very much!!

My cats (feral rescues) kindly permit humans to sleep in their beds.

DH and I are currently in separate rooms due to snoring and pregnancy. Boy cat sleeps with him and girl cat sleeps with me. They are both duvet hogs and there wasn’t really enough room for all four of us plus a baby bump in one king size bed.

Occasionally, they sleep downstairs if the temperature is not to their liking and I feel quite bereft when I wake without them!

At the minute no- because of heat. But usually two sleep nestled upon the duvet at my feet/ behind my legs and the other in the cat igloo. The one who doesn't sleep with us, waits until the two who do get up in the morning and comes in for an hour snuggle- NO DUVET! You must expose the flat sheet for her to lay upon.

Nope. The dog sleeps upstairs, and the cats all sleep downstairs.
