Help me pick a name for my black kitten! 🖤

Hi all.

I'm trying to think of a unique name for a female black kitten that'll i'll be bringing home in 3 weeks, but I'm really struggling! Normally I'm good at thinking of names but I just can't think of anything creative.

The only ones that come to mind are

Luna (but there's already a luna in our family. My brothers gf pinched it after finding out it was what I was going to call my daughter! Haha)
Midnight
Gypsy
Minnie

That's all I've come up with so far. I've googled black cats names and there's loads but nothing really stands out to me yet. Nothing jumps out and I think "yes! That's it!".

Please give your thoughts and suggestions!

I suppose Binx could work to actually 🤔 as in, binx the black cat from the movie hocus pocus! I don't think anyone has suggested that in previous posts, apologies if you have lol

Haha that's hilarious! She would have ended up as Minnie Cooper 🤣. Marvis is still a nice name though! Great choice 😊

I used to have a beautiful black cat named Magdalena. She was gorgeous. She sadly had a run in with a car and lost an eye so she always looked like she was winking at you.

I was going to suggest Minerva but notice your kitten is now a boy so how about Rubeus or Remus?

So I checked my messages from the breeder I'm buying from and it turns out they've sexed the kittens wrong. My girl kitten is in fact a boy kitten! 😊😂 so now I'll have to change the name I chose lmao. Does anyone have any suggestions? I still like midnight and Salem though!

My little black cat is called Pixie

We have a black cat called Cat Noir.

Out of all of your suggestions I really like echo and onyx. 😊 those two stood out to me but so did toothless! 😂😍 someone said it further up the thread and it's perfect!

He's cute. How old is he going to be when you collect him?

Isn't he lovely 😍 and since kittens aren't supposed to leave their mums til they're 8 or 12 weeks old, I guess he'll be around that age
