Don't think I'm going to sleep tonight. We have a rescue cat that has been with us for two months. She had never been out at all before living with us so she's been very wary of outside. She's only really gone out when we go in the garden but loves going out when it's dark for a bit on her own but she's always stayed in our garden.
If she goes out she's always back every 20 minutes or so.
I last saw her about 11pm when she came in for some food and now there's no sign of her.
I feel sick with worry. She's completely stolen all our hearts and I'm sitting here with the back door open thinking the worst, desperately wanting her to walk in the door.
