Mine would love to be in bed with us but one in particular loves to sit on my head in the middle of the night Grin and the other lives to claw the bed so they have their own"bedroom".

OP posts:

Outside in their shed.

neversleepagain · 05/05/2020 19:38

Wherever he likes. His favourite places are the foot of dd's bed and curled next to me in my bed.

TickleMeEmo · 05/05/2020 19:41

Ours tends to start the night sleeping downstairs on the sofa but comes up at some point in the morning and sleeps at my feet

VictoriaBun · 05/05/2020 19:44

Several beds of her own , but chooses to sleep next to me for a few hours before going to get own bed which is on a chest of drawers in the bedroom walks all over us to get to the window at dawn chorus

havenofwhiskers · 05/05/2020 19:44

He spends some time outside but when he's in he sleeps at the foot of our bed, always on my side.

It was a particular treat 2 nights ago when he came in soaking wet and laid on my foot that was outside the duvet.

Shalom23 · 05/05/2020 19:46

At my feet, curled into me or in the morning, on my head.

She has two beds.

Grobagsforever · 05/05/2020 19:48

On my 9 years olds bed, he's her anxiety cat and knows his job!

Candy150 · 05/05/2020 19:49

Usually in one of her beds downstairs. Races upstairs at the slightest sound because she thinks it’s the morning and time for breakfast.

Elieza · 05/05/2020 19:52

Couch, upstairs landing cat bed, or my bed if I don’t mind wearing a cat hat and being wakened half the night listening to grooming slurping noises (so that doesn’t often happen)!

WiryTail · 05/05/2020 19:52

Wherever they like. Usually on or in the bed with us.

StCharlotte · 05/05/2020 19:52

My last two both slept on my pillow. We now have two young cats. They might sleep on the bed sometimes but at the moment him-cat sleeps on the spare bed and her-cat has learnt to open my wardrobe sliding doors so goes in there.

Single2catsand1daughter · 05/05/2020 19:53

On "his chair" beside my bed.

chickedeee · 05/05/2020 19:53

Our three sleep in the lounge with each other 🐱

We started this a kittens and it has remained Wink

SparkyTheCat · 05/05/2020 19:54

DCat1 - multiple sleeping places on rota.

DCat2 - sofa.

DCat3 - on my head.

SparkyTheCat · 05/05/2020 19:54

*rotation

lovinglavidaloca · 05/05/2020 19:55

Kids beds! Which to begin with I didn’t like but there doesn’t seem to be any stopping them.

duletty · 05/05/2020 19:59

Our cat is an angry bastard but insists on sleeping on our bed, usually so she can bite our feet in the night

massistar · 05/05/2020 19:59

Mine sleeps on my daughter's bed. But given that you could put a bomb under it and she'd sleep through the cat then paws at our door at some point between 5 and 6 am to be fed.

In a glorious reversal of roles I'm immune to this and DH gets up with her every morning!

Leah00 · 05/05/2020 20:01

On the armchair next to our bed

ExpletiveDelighted · 05/05/2020 20:02

Wherever they like so long as its not my bed.

TW2013 · 05/05/2020 20:02

Dgirl cat finds somewhere comfy to sleep. Dboy cat decides he would like to sleep there so scares her away, then decides that her new spot looks nicer so wants to sleep there. She is dominant over food though so I guess it evens out.

Bargebill19 · 05/05/2020 20:03

One in my bed. One in a chair, sometimes a cat bed. Four currently in my shed. (Maternity unit to a stray)

GinnyStrupac · 05/05/2020 20:06

Usually as a comfort with one of the DCs.

Itwasntme1 · 05/05/2020 20:08

On the pillow next to me. Until about 5am until she wakes me up. Every. Frickin. Morning.

blondehalo · 05/05/2020 20:08

They are locked downstairs over night which includes their own downstairs bedroom.

Occasionally my DH has to go downstairs and break up a cat party they're having. Don't know how they do it but we often come downstairs to find all the kitchen cupboard doors and drawers open, can't be dealing with that ruckus upstairs.
