I still can't believe she survived, and touch wood it hasn't reoccurred. I'm a lucky lady too have her. Even if her insurance costs a fortune!

I remember it happening, she’s a tough little cat.

babychange12 · 15/02/2020 22:57

What a cutie Grin

Toddlerteaplease · 15/02/2020 22:57

I'd forgotten it was about now, until
It came up on my time hop. She's a very tough cookie!

I love them so much. What is the other one called ?

nettie434 · 16/02/2020 00:25

Lovely photos, as ever. Reminding you that she is worth every penny! As is Cheddar of course.

Toddlerteaplease · 16/02/2020 07:56

@ultrababy it's he other us called Cheddar. Unless you mean Snorgs sister who was called Maia / Fatty.

Cheddar and Snorgs. They're so awesome. They look so annoyed don't they? Thats why I also love Shetland ponies too as they look annoyed to be in our presence. I just want to smoosh their little faces. Smile

Vinorosso74 · 16/02/2020 20:22

Here's to many more years with you as their slave.

Toddlerteaplease · 16/02/2020 22:47

It's a shame that people think they look grumpy. Because they really aren't!

Ahh, your lovely girls!
Didn’t I read on another thread the other day that you’re a paediatric nurse, ToddlerTea?
Do those skills come in handy with ailing cats?

Ellmau · 16/02/2020 23:27

I think Snorg looks very cuddly!

Toddlerteaplease · 17/02/2020 08:42

@Papergirl1968 yes I am. I wanted to take her to work and pop her in a cot! It was really weird as she was on morphine and ketamine infusions, which we use all the time. And it did make five feeding her easier!

Your 2 do make me laugh. I think we need a ‘Cheddar n Snorg’ calendar.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 17/02/2020 09:59

Lana did a calendar one year!

Papergirl1968 · 17/02/2020 12:01

Aww, Toddler you could have told the other staff she was a very hairy baby! Grin

YetAnotherSpartacus · 17/02/2020 12:08

Snorg and the darling late Fatty always look more perplexed than grumpy to me. Cheddar just looks disapproving, as if your skirt is too short or something.

Toddlerteaplease · 17/02/2020 15:00

Half of my colleagues are cat people, probably could have got away with it!

Do you remember when an ambulance picked up an injured badger and took it to a vet late at night and someone put it on social media saying Do you want nhs funds spent this way? Most people said yes! Yes we do.

Toddlerteaplease · 17/02/2020 18:16

I sure the other patients and parents would have loved to have a cat on the ward!

Vinorosso74 · 17/02/2020 18:17

I follow a cat rescue on Facebook and they once had a cat brought in by an ambulance. The owner was taken in to hospital and was worried about her cat (understandably). A few phone calls by the crew and cat was taken to rescue. I can't remember if the cat went back home or to her son/daughter.

Vinorosso74 · 17/02/2020 18:18

Toddler they could be PAT cats! Our local hospital has a rabbit on the children's ward.

Toddlerteaplease · 17/02/2020 19:03

I wanted to sign Cheddar up for PAT. But I think her biscuit making rules her out. As it can cause skin damage. I did volunteer her when the local paper was appealing for someone to take a cat to visit a terminally ill lady. But they'd got some one already.

We have PAT dogs visit us.

Fluffycloudland77 · 17/02/2020 19:36

We have pat Shetland ponies. They have a bag over their bottoms to catch any leavings.

Vinorosso74 · 17/02/2020 20:00

PAT ponies! That's amazing!
