Cat owners/ experts: Why is my cat being sick?

I've taken my cat to the vets but I don't think it's done the trick. Just looking to see if your cat has experienced something similar and what the outcome was, please.

She started vomiting bile in the wee hours of Saturday morning over a week ago. The same thing happened Sunday morning and Monday morning. She went into the vets on that same Monday morning. She was given anti-sickness meds and antibiotics that visit and then went back every 2 days for more antibiotic injections. So her treatment finished Saturday (3 days ago).

I thought all was well now but she was sick again in the night last night. Just once rather than multiple times though.

I initially put her illness down to stress as we went away for a midweek break and left her with family. They kept her indoors the whole time and they have no other pets. She started vomiting the night she came back home. But it's all very unlike her. The only time she's ever sick is with fur balls.

Is it reasonable to assume she needs to go back to the vets if she continues to vomit bile nightly? She's very well in herself otherwise and eating and acting normally. She may be slightly constipated as a side note.

Sorry for such a long post! Didn't want to drip feed!

We're just moving this over to the litter tray for the OP. Flowers
