Don't know what to do. (Potential new toddler cat)

The rescue have offered me a cat that I like the look of. She's 7 and an exotic which is what I would like. She's a very friendly lap cat apparently. They know that I can't take her till
I've been away in September.
I said I'd go and meet her on Monday. But I feel very torn as to what to do. I think Snorg would be fine with another one. Though she seems ok on her own. And this one is a complete opposite to Fatty. (Not that any cat could ever replace her)

Really don't know what I should do.

It's cheddar growling at Snorg. Not the other way round. Any ideas how to stop it. Or will it get better with time?

It should get better with time. It may be that Cheddar is trying to establish that she's going to be top mog and Snorg had better get used to it.

If Cheddar is growling I'd make a fuss of Snorg so that she gets some reassurance. Snorg was used to being bossed by Fatty so she'll probably accept Cheddar being bossy.

Yes. It's much easier to make a fuss of Snorg as Chedder doesn't interrupt in the way Fatty did!

At least I think it was cheddar growling. I couldn't see. Snorg is so passive though!

She's also probably enjoying being in a house with only one other cat!
