Our older cat had just started to sleep at my feet for most of the night until we got our two kittens. At first they (the kittens) slept on the bed, then they got mischievous and we introduced a policy of all cats being removed and the door being closed at the first person-clawing incident. The result of this is that they're consistently booted out by about an hour in, every single night. They're allowed back in when DH gets up early for work, though, and they behave better in the morning. I get great lie-ins as shown in the photo. Extra photo showing both kittens included.
