Asbo kitty only likes cheap kibble but is severely intolerant to maize.

I’ve bought a sample of Lilly’s kitchen chicken on the basis that the more ruinously expensive the more likely he is to eat it.

Applaws has been previously rejected.

Any more brands I should be aware of?.

Harringtons

Emma198 · 13/04/2018 22:22

Have you looked on zooplus?

Crispbutty · 13/04/2018 22:24

Mine loves the Wainwrights cat food

lorribaby · 13/04/2018 22:25

Try Burns cat dry food. My vet recommended it and approx £8 - 10 and usually go through one or two a month.

Hoddykins · 13/04/2018 22:25

Picture - because are you even allowed to put a post about your pets without attaching a picture!

Thrive dry. Amazon and zooplus have it the same price. Is 90% meat

dementedpixie · 13/04/2018 22:28

That Burns stuff had rice as the first ingredient rather than meat. Not something I would feed my cat

lorribaby · 13/04/2018 22:31

Sorry just seen Burns contains maize. Have a look on zooplus. James wellbeloved or Porta 21 Feline Finest Sensible - Grain Free might be ok.

dementedpixie · 13/04/2018 22:32

Harringtons contains maize (and an awful lot of rice)

dementedpixie · 13/04/2018 22:33

Thrive has no maize or wheat and 90% meat

Branleuse · 13/04/2018 22:35

James wellbeloved turkey.

Weedsnseeds1 · 13/04/2018 23:20

Arden Grange chicken flavour

Itscolderoutside · 13/04/2018 23:23

Iams any flavour. Buy on offer at supermarket.

123bananas · 13/04/2018 23:24

Meowing Heads

Ollivander84 · 13/04/2018 23:28

Wild freedom from zooplus. He took the bag out my hand when I opened it and will chirrup if I give him any. It's ruined him for any other food GrinBlush

EachandEveryone · 13/04/2018 23:51

Purist on on Zooplus really good quality and half the price of Orijen

dementedpixie · 13/04/2018 23:56

Do you mean purizon?

LapdanceShoeshine · 14/04/2018 00:01

Mine have Royal Canin vet diet neutered female (one of them is male but that doesn’t matter - I hope - would be hard to stop them eating each other’s if I did put 2 kinds down!)

They all love it anyway. No maize - or is corn the same as maize? Suspect it is Confused

dementedpixie · 14/04/2018 00:03

Yes maize is corn. Do cats need corn or wheat or rice?

dementedpixie · 14/04/2018 00:06

Royal canin is overpriced for the ingredients tbh. Cats are carnivores and need meat

EachandEveryone · 14/04/2018 00:07

Yes I do. Sorry predictive texting. Mine love it I’m tempted to buy the giant bag as it’s so much cheaper but I’m scared they’ll get bored.

I don’t know what dry to feed those outside I need something cheap but s better quality I might get them the Sainsbury’s grain free.

dementedpixie · 14/04/2018 00:09

I don't have a Sainsburys near me unfortunately.

greenlanes · 14/04/2018 00:53

James well beloved for our cats.

My mother has tried to intervene and bought my Siamese iams . He rejected it totally,

She was really offended because her Siamese liked it!

EachandEveryone · 14/04/2018 00:58

No I don’t go that often I mainly use zooplus
