The litter tray

My lovely cat has possibly FIP. We are devastated. It's the little accidental kitten from last year.

I'm in tears. They are running test but there is a strong suspicion of Fip.

Oh, Soup, I'm so sorry. He was such a little fighter. I say he but found it hard to think of him as anything other than Bella.
No words of comfort except that you did the right thing. Look after yourself x

So sorry to read your update. It's heartbreaking, but you did what was best for him. So sorry for your loss.

He was not him anymore, he was so poorly. I didn't want to keep him a bit longer for our own selfish reason. He was such a little character ! I couldn't open the fridge without him begging for ham ! I need to show you a funny picture of him hang on...

Billy was beautiful Soup. You gave him a great life & you didn't want him to suffer. Really sorry you've had to go through this Flowers

So sorry Soup. I'd lost this thread but it just popped up again, I'm just sad to read it's bad news. As much as you've done the right thing it must feel so awful to have to make that call.

I'm so so sorry. I lost two to FIP. Take care of yourselves and fly free Billy Bob. Not the end to the story any of us would wish for but you did the right thing. And you gave him such a lot of love during his life.

There is massive hole in my heart. I was in pool of tears at the vet when I decided to let him go. He was a real presence for me, we didn't have him long but I have hundred of pictures of him. He was spoilt rotten.

So sorry, I also can only think of him as Bella. He was so lucky to be found by you. And you have him such a wonderful life, he’d have known nothing but love. In time I hope that comforts you.

Ted - until last Sunday I had never heard of fip, I didn't know it existed. I have been reading on the subject all week, no cure. It's just so devastating.
