^ What would have happened if you had looked horrified and suggested a trip to the vet?

Ollivander84 · 12/09/2017 14:01

He probably would have done an equally horrified face back Grin

Grin It's like the story Androcles and the lion with a thorn in his paw!

YetAnotherSpartacus · 12/09/2017 14:11

Oh yes! Without the actual pain and blood. That would likely work best for Stable Cat.

He probably would have done an equally horrified face back

He really just wants fuss from Mama doesn't he - little sooky boy.

Ollivander84 · 12/09/2017 14:17

Mama hugs 🙄🙄🙄

Mama hugs and Ollie snuggles :)

Ollivander84 · 12/09/2017 14:36

He's ridiculous. I've never known a cat that wants a bone squishing bear hug then purrs at you for more

YetAnotherSpartacus · 12/09/2017 14:38

You two were made for each other :)

RubbishMantra · 12/09/2017 14:47

I had to clear up the liberally (and fairly evenly) brown sick spread on my kitchen floor before coffee this morning.

Ollivander84 · 12/09/2017 18:46

Can you say ridiculously soft? HmmGrin

They look almost the same size now. Smile

(Hope you feel better soon.)

caoraich · 12/09/2017 19:00

Yes- Maisie is still gangly like a tripod but is now as long as Freya. I think she'll be bigger once she's full size. Who knows if she'll ever grow into her ears though 😂

EachandEveryone · 12/09/2017 19:44

Aw they are very sweet. Are you letting her outside yet? I take Dolly out as bait to get Daphne in.

AtSea1979 · 12/09/2017 20:40

Had my boy 10 days now and he just doesn't like cuddles, being picked up, going on laps or anything that isn't stroking his head at arms length. Is there anything I can do to encourage him to be more cuddly, sit on laps etc? Or just accept that he'll do what he want regardless.

cozietoesie · 12/09/2017 20:45

Ha. 10 days??? Grin

Ollivander84 · 12/09/2017 20:55

I might try this heated throw thing Hmm

Yes 10 days! I guess I'm expecting too much?

Fluffycloudland77 · 12/09/2017 21:29

Probably, some cats are really friendly straight away & some take their time.

caoraich · 12/09/2017 21:56

They don't get out Each as the road out front is very busy
Dad and other half are going to build a catio next weekend though which I'm quite excited about.

Also thanks for well wishes cozie, it turns out they are super interested in Lemsip and have had to be stopped from dipping their paws in it!

EachandEveryone · 12/09/2017 23:08

A catio sounds fab. Yeah im on a main road too but the back is busy but quiet to traffic as the cars are all broken down! Daph just likes ro watch from above but i dont think Dolly will be quite static. She scares me abit shes so bloody quick! Im hoping to keep her in til xmas.

Kibobear · 13/09/2017 06:15

We're trying very hard to keep the slinky ninja indoors. She was out on our first level balcony (no ground access-ha!) but she was spotted outside on ground level having a nosy around the back yard - she must have just done a leap of faith Confused

However trying to keep her from escaping will be good practice for our daughter's teenage years I'm sure Grin

AtSea1979 · 13/09/2017 07:22

Tried a different cat food as the Applaws he was on is so expensive but woke up to poo-narmi. I'll stick with it and hope it'll settle.

TheCatOfAthenry · 13/09/2017 08:09

Little foster Dr. Dre being charming after a grooming with a toothbrush. He's such a little fuzz ball.
