Dusty is gorgeous!

dementedpixie · 09/07/2017 22:34

He also desperately wants out but can't just now as we have no cat flap and the cat sitter is only there for half an hour so if they go awol they would have to stay out all day and I don't want that as they're only 8 months old

TheCatOfAthenry · 09/07/2017 22:43

Totally fair enough! Would they wear a harness for 10 minutes out?

caoraich · 09/07/2017 23:33

Dusty is gorgeous!

Maisie's tail has wronged her in some way. She has been chasing it for half an hour Hmm

Ah @caoraich I love when they do that! Even better than most puppies because of the catching and then the consternation when they realise it's part of them.

I locked mine out of my bedroom last night and I have to admit it was bliss. They are making up for it down by scrapping on my bed. Im off out for breakfast get me

Gosh. I'm not sure I've ever been out for breakfast in the normal course of things. Grin

Ollivander84 · 10/07/2017 11:55

Ollie is helpfully sat on my diary gazing at me

Going out for breakfast is one of life's great pleasures Cozie Grin It's very popular as a weekend thing where I am.

cozietoesie · 10/07/2017 14:10

Ollie wants you to do something but hasn't worked out exactly 'what'. That's what that look says to me. Wink

Ollivander84 · 10/07/2017 14:13

Probably not bathe his squinty eye Grin he is NOT keen on that, I have to practically sit on him

I know the feeling.

My two have been packed off for their separate holidays - a huffy crazycat to a gorgeous cattery, run by a friend of a friend who is amazing with them. Babycat is at a friends being both too small and in need of separate space (still?forever?) to my big girl. So the family he's staying with love him - he spent last night on the shoulder of the husband whilst he was working, has "helped" the children thru all sorts of chores: 'hurry up and you can play with the kitten', and eaten my friend's breakfast whilst bust being adorable and adoring. Miss me? Not a chance!!! He will come home... won't he?!?

EachandEveryone · 11/07/2017 10:59

I cannot wait for the bloody flat cat screens to come I need air. It's so busy at the front of the flat but it keeps them amused watching the buses! I need some polluted air!

Ollie was just sat on my lap purring. When a fluffy ginger and white cat strolled into the living room. He was like shit off a shovel to get rid of it BlushGrin

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 11/07/2017 12:37

He clearly has his favourites and his .........not so favourites then? Smile

Ollivander84 · 11/07/2017 12:42

Yes Blush I'm keeping an eye because this cat is usually fluffy and clean and lovely and recently it's looking scruffy and seems to have a lot of muck around it's eyes. Not sure who it belongs to either

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 11/07/2017 14:40

Oh Dear.

Does it seem hungry?

Ollivander84 · 11/07/2017 14:52

Didn't see as Ollie chased it out in about 3 seconds. I'll keep an eye
Ollie benign v quiet today and now asleep under the bed Confused

cozietoesie if someone overshoots and lands at the bottom of the stairs I don't think it will be too damaging, just a bit of a shock. Suscat once tried to catch a fly perched on the bannister and she missed and sailed right over the top and landed at the bottom of the stairs. She looked surprised and took off at about 80mph out the back door. She hasn't done it since and no harm done. I laughed my arse off for ages at her though, which I think she was more pissed off at.

cozietoesie · 11/07/2017 16:58

I hope so. It's a heck of a drop.

Ollivander84 · 11/07/2017 17:02

Stable cat had an entire round bale of hay (the massive ones) dropped on her while she was asleep in a plastic bag ConfusedHmm
Not a scratch

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 11/07/2017 17:04

How did the hay bale do?Grin
