To be honest, the amount of effort that goes into keeping them off stuff - you might as well just wipe the table before each time you use it

Still got the builders in I can hear him swearing in Irish trying to put my ikea drawers together. My living room is like a cat crèche today and I'm not even dressed and it's nearly midday. My excuse is I've just done four nights. My girl can't decide whether to snuggle in for a nap or whether to keep alert for any interesting building she can go and disturb.

Mine are avoiding the window fitters by sleeping on Dd's bed. I'm impressed that they've avoided sleeping on her curtains!

Aw. Ive just been on the phone to see if i can bring another home and they said no! You cant win can you? Mine has such a cushy life its their loss really.

Just my pfb. Not to worry it will happen if its meant to. I just thought it was better whilst she is still a kitten but what do I know? I've never had a cat before.

Celebrating his third birthday today! Has been sung to, danced with, feasted on beef left over from Sunday roast, and spent a couple of hours visiting his nanna.
I've just posted a pic on the thread about cat genetics I started, but what the heck, here's another of the birthday boy having a wash on the decking.

I said NO to Mr C!! He was fine about it, bless his furry heart, pretty bad tempered till 2am but he still kipped on the bed and watched over me till this am.

He is on Waitrose essential now which is only 51p a tin and has delicious novelty value to boot.

It was awful but I AM WOMAN I AM STRONG :) Also, I really think he has to be a little bit reasonable, he is a perfectly sensible and intelligent cat, he can behave like it for once.

And he is not suffering emotional trauma so everything is dandy :)

Oh I wish my mum liked cats I never got over her leaving snowy behind when we moved 48 years ago. She's an hard faced mare.
