Well that's what they tell you. Wink

cozietoesie · 24/04/2017 21:50

Well if you will ask his opinion! Grin

Ollivander84 · 24/04/2017 21:54

This is his "you awoke me. Bad human" face

That's OK. Ignore any attitude. Wink

Lanaorana2 · 24/04/2017 22:06

Cozie well I know, but the nurse worships the ground his fat paws land on, she's on side. He tolerates her graciously. Say what you like, Mr C is actually really good at not bearing grudges :)

cozietoesie · 24/04/2017 22:07

Grudges? Grudges? Grin

When do you think 'blinded by love' becomes 'delusional'?

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 22:19

Just chilling after causing my owner no end of worry after chasing shadows and panting like a dog ( see my new cat ! thread) I really couldn't be more relaxed!!! She needs to take a leaf out of my book....

Beautiful. Smile

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 22:24

Meant should have.... my mistake- only just getting to grips with the delay between posting and seeing it on line, sorry😬

cozietoesie · 24/04/2017 22:25

Although I'm twitching at the 'on-table' picture.

That's just me, though. Grin

Ollivander84 · 24/04/2017 22:27

Ollie sat in the sink in protest one day. He's never been on the worktop since. The sink had water in....

'Blinded by love' is always 'delusional' in itself, Lana. Wink

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 22:28

Anyway I think you get the message- Elvis has spent the day being totally chilled out other than the occasional 'shadow ' attack- and I have spent the day worrying he's going to hurt himself ..... I really need to toughen up 😂😂😂😂

cozietoesie · 24/04/2017 22:29

Couple of times, TCN has posted pictures of her kitchen. Gosh.........Grin

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 22:42

I'm with you with the on the table thing- I hate it. I'm in a bit of a bind though as he only does it when I'm watching him ( as far as I know ..... god knows what he gets up to when I'm not there...) but if I lift him off it's attention, if I tell him off it's attention, if I ignore him he makes more of a point of being on there - to get attention ! I've tried lifting him off and going into another room but he's still right back up there ( luckily we don't really eat there) .. it's constantly sprayed with detol but he seems to see it as a way of gaining control 😬 Any tips? he's a rescue cat and the kitchen/ diner is one of the areas he's allowed during the day... he never goes on the table if anyone else is around!

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 22:53

Sorry if it seems I've hijacked the thread- I'm a new cat owner and anxiously waiting for the day my beloved black cat becomes as adorable as Ollie! ( I may be waiting a long time!)

Ollivander84 · 24/04/2017 22:56

He's currently like this! (My heart...)

Soooo cute Ollivander Smile

caoraich · 24/04/2017 23:01

Ahhh such cuteness!
I wonder if I need to add a black cat to the menagerie too?
Ski, we polish the dining table with a citrus scented thing and the cats seem to find it offensive Grin

Lanaorana2 · 24/04/2017 23:04

Mr C enjoys springing about my tiny kitchen so much that it's beyond worth potential salmonella to see his wicked little face enjoying itself - also, he's a house cat and no doubt cleaner than I am. :)

He is massively annoying me at the moment - after the electricals fiasco we are beyond skint, eating what's in the fridge (value yogurt from 2001) and someone is, oh the horror, on the same catfood 4x daily. It's not going well. I'm getting an Olli-Vet look. That's the least of it. I fear for my vital organs, frankly, as he won't stop screaming and doing wall of death.

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 23:17

Caoraich- citrus doesn't seem to bother him at all, he also doesn't seem to be attracted to catnip. Polishing the table is a good idea though... it will at least give me a good laugh to see him sliding off 😻

Ski37 · 24/04/2017 23:22

Ollie- you are giving black cats a lot to live up to !

cozietoesie · 24/04/2017 23:22

Tell him No. (Especially when he's just thinking about it.)
