He is. Smile

Ollivander84 · 12/05/2017 15:38

I just love his chirrup noises! He's on the bed now kneading the duvet next to me

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 12/05/2017 15:42

The chirruping is still a little weird to me. All my personal boys have actually 'meowed'. A lot!

Ollivander84 · 12/05/2017 15:43

That in the video is his happy noise. He does meow. Also howl, yowl, and shout. And sound like he's yowling "hello" Confused

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 12/05/2017 15:59

If any of my personal boys had chirrupped, I'd have had them down to the vet. Grin

The non-Siamese have done it though. Smile

Lanaorana2 · 12/05/2017 18:07

OOOO incoherent with sweetness, me! Unlike Olli. Hope you both chillin' in the crib.

Mr C says hello like a human 'Marrow! Marrow! when I get in at night. No one believes me but it's true (pouts like toddler).

Howzit going M?

I'm watching One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest to get into that Litter Tray Hospital vibe. I'm so jumping on the bandwagon, ladies - hysterectomy on 25th. I'm hoping they'll let me out the same day. Just a bloody groupie tho' compared to you tho'.

cozietoesie · 12/05/2017 18:11

Out the same day? Shock

Ollivander84 · 12/05/2017 18:14

We are. He's cross he can't lie on me so he's sneezing now Grin well more of a "pffft"

Ugh. I am tired. So very tired Sad. So glad it's Friday and I'm not working at the weekend. This thread cheers me up Smile.

Glad you are back home Olli and recover well. Ollie is talking. He clearly says 'No' and 'Mama'!

How are you Mantra my dear?

Are you sure you will be out on the same day L Shock!

Here is Frankie hanging on the cat tree. It's been a funny day weather wise and he is not impressed Grin.

Ollie definitely said Mama on that video!! Glad you are home and back with Ollie. Clearly he has definitely missed you!

Mine haven't really done much today except Coco who threw up a massive disgusting furball on the throw so I've had to do an extra load of washing.

Last night they were all fucking areseholes. All of them.

Marshall and Coco went out the back. Went to call them in and nothing. Silver then shot out and sat under the wetsuits hanging and also refused to come back in.

Went to the front to call Marshall and Bella shot out the front door. Refused to come back in. I had a stinking headache and not in the mood for herding cats. I was halfway down the front path in my pjs muttering 'get in the house' when some young fit bloke came out of a house a few doors down and as he walked past he must have scared Bella and she came in. He gave me a cheery smile and said 'there you go!' He must have thought I was mad when I said 'what about the other three?'.

Eventually got them all in around 11.30pm. Still had a stinking headache and not impressed when Bella spent the night looking for fucking narnia in my wardrobe, climbing on units and knocking stuff down and generally just being bloody annoying.

:o

cozietoesie · 12/05/2017 19:37

Don't you just love the Siamese thing of sleeping through in bed? Smile

Ollivander84 · 12/05/2017 19:58

The cat sitter has fallen in love with him too. She said he's the sweetest most vocal boy and so soft Grin
Currently screeching at me as I can't play with him or bend to stroke him Hmm

cozietoesie · 12/05/2017 20:13

Are you (wo)man or mouse, Ollivander? Of course you can't play with him. Smile

Bogburglar75 · 12/05/2017 20:19

Ollie is gorgeous! Love chatty cats. Hope you are feeling OK and enjoying the conversation.

Weeds, Siberians are said to be very doglike although possibly not in their hearing If DS is going out on the trampoline, BogCat will run out and follow down the garden at his heels exactly like a small dog. He's much friendlier and more attached to his humans than most moggies I have known. Much more of an obvious need for affection and interaction than many. Trainability, less so ...

To be fair, my teenage-owned cat followed the dog around and thought he was a dog, but I think that had more to do with basic stupidity and a minor identity crisis.

EachandEveryone · 13/05/2017 09:03

My heart dropped when she didn't come running this morning. My bloody flatmate had let her out all night again. I know she's fast but twice in two weeks. She was all wet now she's cleaning herself furiously.

It's amazing how they just know to jump on the top of the wardrobe isn't it

Fluffycloudland77 · 13/05/2017 09:05

She doesn't look happy, can you make it a rule that she's only allowed to let the cat in but not out?.

EachandEveryone · 13/05/2017 09:25

Oh we are in a flat and my girl only goes out if I'm home so I can see her from the fire exit! I wrote on here about territories yesterday when she chased another cat away down the fire escape and accross the garages my heart was in my mouth! The when I'm on nights the flat middle door is shut so she doesn't dart out in very firm about that. I dread to think where she goes as we have a landing and she wasn't on it I went outside and rattled my keys and when I turned around she was there. She wasn't as wet as if she'd been in the rain all night more semi. Thank god she never saw any invaders. This is the third time in her life she has been out all night and it's been the same person every time.

AWendyAteMyFitbit · 13/05/2017 09:32

This boy has been out on the tiles all night, catching up with some zzzs now after a satisfying brunch. Saying that he's getting a bit chubby, might have to put him on a bit of a diet before he end up on #fatcatsofinstagram.

One of mine likes lying in the bath for some reason. If you go to the bathroom and shut the door he will scrabble and miaow to get in. The other one likes snoozing in the top of the cat tree

What a lovely pair of tabbies Pixie. BogCat likes lying in the bath too, and will also sit and look hopefully at the taps until you turn them on! Do you think it's something about a hard cool surface? BC likes to stretch out on the tiled kitchen floor too.

BogCat is looking more comfortable after we took two horrible wriggly ticks off him last night. I have the scars of several failed attempts though. He didn't really appreciate it was for his own good! Am wondering why on earth the garden of our suburban semi is such a haven of ticks ... and why the bloody Advocate or Broadline (have done both) doesn't seem to be doing its job!

ElizaDontlittle · 13/05/2017 10:32

Oh Each how frustrating - sounds like real carelessness.
I love the pixiekittens - haven't they grown? I had a cat that used to prefer drinking from the tap in the bath. Funny things.
She is now curled up on my the oh, all right, her pillow! After a busy morning shouting at the rain to stop!

dementedpixie they are beautiful!

MycatsaPirate · 13/05/2017 17:07

We were out most of the day but came back and decided to clear the dead leaves out of the wildlife pond. Silver came to watch and sat on the bridge going over it looking beautiful in the sunshine.
