Is there a grain free food that can be bought from a supermarket?

Wet. She seems to have gone off Lilys. In despair last night i gave her an M and S sachet and the poor thing has had the runs all night. Iv given her encore plain chicken and rice which agrees with her but its not a complete food. I wonder why they dont have any of that range complete its so expensive but i cant see anything else grain free. Does anyone know anything about Sainsburys finest its 50% chicken and looks quite bland.

Butchers classic tins don't seem to have cereal in them

The sainsbury ones look ok. Just avoid ones saying cereals and added sugars

Just give her meat, cats are designed to eat meat. Cheap cuts of beef, chicken, fish etc. Although a prohibitively expensive way to feed dogs for a cat it's not too bad.

Just meat is not enough though. Cats in the wild would eat bones and the rest of the animal too.

Mine gobble the Iams wet pouches, and no upset tummies at all.

Don't just give her meat! Unless you know how to correctly balance a raw diet with the correct nutrients...

I think Sheba fine flakes are grain free? The jelly versions of most things seems to contain less. Otherwise look on zooplus as there are grain free cat foods on there. On the label you are looking for it to not say there are cereals in the ingredients.

Omg sheba flakes turn her into a loony she ate four packs in a row when i tried her with them she she kept scratching me until i opened another pack.

I would say they are grain free because no grains or cereals are listed on the ingredients. What were the ingredients of the one you gave? It could be just the change of food as you normally introduce new foods gradually over the period of a few days

If you can buy in bulk, Try looking at Fetch, the pet store by Ocado. They have a really good selection on there and prices not bad.

I buy the Natures Menu pouches in bulk from Amazon. Don't know if these are grain free but they definitely suits the finnicky, fussy, delicate tummy of my Siamese boy.

I have subscribed to get these delivered once a month so get 48 pouches for £32.30.

Just checked - Natures Menu is grain and gluten free.

Harringtons dry food (chicken or salmon) is free of various additives including wheat.
The meat content is relatively high however the other constituents are maize and rice.
Stocked in Sainsburys, Morrisons etc.

Fair enough, buy her the rest of the animal. Ours get raw chicken legs, cheap steak, kidneys, liver, any other offal we are offered by butcher, whole fish etc. They also eat mice and birds etc. They're in rude health - no added stuff.

I buy online and have it delivered to the door directly, Each. (I don't have a car.) Very easy it is also.

Lidl and Aldi are grain free, complete and cheap.

I feed Harry either the normal Natures Menu or their Country Hunter and he seems fine on it. I order it from Fetch and have it delivered. I can't order the mixed boxes as his lordship has decided that he doesn't like all the flavours

Morrisons often has Harrison's pouches in which I think are grain free, about 50p each and mine loves!
