Can someone please give me some advice.
We picked up our new cat yesterday. She has fleas, worms and it's possible she's pregnant.
We straight away treated her for fleas, and took her to the vet this afternoon where she was given a worming tablet. However 2 hours after the tablet she has thrown up all of her food from the day, so I'm guessing the tablet has come up too. (I tried to look to see if I could see it, but couldn't see anything.)
Does anyone know if I can give her another worming tablet when I go to the shops tomorrow? Or is this dangerous for her in case the tablet today is somehow still inside her?
I'm getting so stressed as we have a toddler who just wants to cuddle the cat
