Doggy daycare

Would you send your dog to doggy daycare when it's really cold outside? It'll be between -3 and 1 degree tomorrow while he's there.
He's a small cockapoo.
The setting is dogs in fields, one barn which the dogs rotate to go into for around 1-2 hours a day each.

From everything you've said on here I'm really quite shocked that this type of place even exists. I'm sorry op but it really does sound cruel so I hope you've found somewhere new. If not, I think you need to consider rehoming as this is no life for your dog. I'm actually quite upset thinking about those poor pups in the rain and heat or that this is considered a reputable day-care facility. Mind boggling.
