Dog snoring

I'm having the most ridiculous insomnia. I'm talking a few years now .

I rehomed an elderly dog almost a year ago. She's 9yrs old , she doesn't like walking, just wants snacks, snuggles and snoozes.

So, doggo is snoring like a train. She's on my bed and is so LOUD! Should I just let her have my bed and go and sleep on the settee? I mean, come on, she's a poor old lady but so am I. I've got a spare room but she on that bed as well.

Oh and we don't we don't talk about the neighbours cat who also lives rent free and I'm very allergic to cats.

A tent!! That's what is required. I've got one in the loft.

How has it come to me moving out of my house into a tent. Bloody animal has a dog flap so she'll soon track me down! But I have a super big garden and a gate she can't get through.

I'm going to have to live in a tent!

I can't believe that it's gone past 1am, I'd like to throw the snory, vile farty animal far away and move into a tent!!!

But I love her! She's the best doggo and she's old and smelly and lazy but cuddly and snuggly and I love her. I'm so glad I rehomed her, even if she keeps me awake all night.

I’m laughing so hard at your predicament. Can’t help though so enjoy your sleepless night, lol. I’ll check back for the tax though.

@Peaceisenough Hopefully it will be approved soon! If not, I'll post more in the morning - if the the snoring animal will allow me an hour or two sleep. The snoring is cute, way better than a bloke snoring!

If it’s any consolation I suffer from insomnia and can’t take a sleeping pill tonight so up all night. BUT, I don’t have a snuggly dog to cuddle up to so I reckon we’re even!

She's got a sore nose so Boots No.7 cream has been working wonders. I should contact because the doggo cream sent her running! She likes No.7!

I changed my bedsheets today and . I had closed bedroom door before going out at lunchtime…my dog had claimed her space when I got home this evening.
She is now snoring away,husband very apologetic for unlocking the door earlier after her walk !
