Think of how you'll feel shouting it in the park. From your lists I like Cosmo and Winston the best

It's too big - possibly. You'll have to resize it - I use snapseed and export to a smaller size - usually 1024 pixels wide

I have always thought Colin is a good name for a dog. Difficult to see without a picture.

Not Winston. Cliché for a Bulldog. I love Rocco!!

I like all of those except frank. If I get another dog his name will be Wyatt… well if he looks like a Wyatt.
