My gorgeous boy is just the best boy, he jumps up next to me and snuggles and does little contented sighs.
If he has a chew he gets on the sofa waiting for me to tell him to get in his bed.
He's scared of doors.
He loves being chased.
He will do the biggest puppy eyes for marmite toast.

He sounds like an amazing boy.

My boy gives the best cuddles, especially on cold winter nights! He always had to accompany me to the loo, because he's worried I might get flushed down it, and he'd save me I've got the cleanest ears in the world, as he had an ear licking fetish (whether I like it or not!)

She loves swimming, then fish and chips, then watching the sunset.

These are all so heart warming, I have a 1 year old sheepadoodle who is getting on my last nerve at the moment but this thread has reminded me to focus on what a good loving boy he is, most of the time!!

Mine is lovely 🥰 (when he’s not being an arsehole). He’s usually found snuggled right up next to me and gives me the biggest bum wiggle when he hasn’t seen me for a while. I love our walks in the countryside together when it’s just him and me with the sun on our faces and he’s dotting about beside me. My favourite thing is when he’s trotting along beside me and I’ll look down to see him gazing up at me - I know deep down it’s because he’s after a treat but I prefer to think it’s because he adores me more than the pate.

What lovely dogs. I like the morning cuddle best with old dog and cat. New dog isn’t allowed to join in yet because he’s a bit excitable round the cat. But we are acclimatising him gradually. .I let him in the bedroom today and he saw the other 2 all snuggled. He knows what he needs to do.

She is the best company ever. She makes me laugh, she's feisty, stubborn, loving and just wonderful. She tolerates me kissing her head about a million times a day, she's my best friend. I have a big group of friends and she's one of the gang, everyone loves her. She's smashing

I have rescues and fosters that all have their different quirks. They all have one thing in common, if they ever see me cry they come jump on me in a big puppy pile until I'm laughing

For me, it's our morning routine. I come down to massive smiles. She's back up into me for bum scritches, cocks a leg for an inner thigh rub, sits pretty for some chest rubs then leans in for some ear massages.

My two are the most snuggly softest boys in the world. They are literally like me shadows and love it if I sit down as the think they are tiny lap dogs rather than Staffies 😆

My dog has been by my side, all hours of the day and night, through two newborn stages.

He has just finished helping me put my toddler to bed and his biggest wish is to one day get to sleep in his room with him (I guess throwing him unwanted food has created a friend for life).

He can be a right little shit but I love him so much!

I will, she loves a fuss now although at first wouldn't go near humans. She was totally institutionalised and starving at first. When she ate her eyes would dart around to make sure no one was going to steal her food and she regurgitated it all as she ate so quickly before anyone stole it. She ate goose grass and flower petals and we think that's how she supplemented her diet.

Don't cry for her now though, we adore her and she has a happy loving home. The best thing she ever did was not run fast enough to win races so the Greyhound Trust brought her here. This thank you after her dinner still breaks me daily, but she never misses. She walks the length of the kitchen to come to me, it's a daily tear jerker.

ZombiePup is the best boy I could have hoped to have by my side. I definitely don't deserve him, and while he has a safe, loving and enriched life, he could have a better one elsewhere.

He isn't a cuddlemonster, but he knows when I'm sad or not feeling right, and he comes to demand scritches/fusses and remind me he'a there. If I'm sat at the time he sits as darn close as he can without being on top of me.

He has the kindest brown eyes, and I swear he knows exactly what I say most of the time... especially when food is involved!

She loves us and makes us laugh

Hes 14 and put up with my 15 month old and gives her endless love.
He never leaves your side when sad and puts his paws on you and snores when tired.
He follows you everywhere and is just content being in your company.
Dogs are true my a man’s best friend and he’s gotten me through hard days. Unconditional love ❤️

Mine outing as I share photos on SM constantly, and she has her own Instagram.😁 But she is brilliant, I love her more than I thought it was possible to love a dog, even though we have had dogs for over 30 years.
She is fun, intelligent, independent, but loving, too. She knows exactly how to comfort DH when he is ill ( chronic conditions) . She is my shadow when I'm home, and our weekends are spent on enrichment activities with a dog club. She is Huskita.

My 8 year old spaniel is now a proud big brother. We bought him his own "blankie" as he took a liking to DD's ones. When she is on her changing mat for a nappy change/flannel wash/get dressed he brings her his blankie and lays down next to her. He's very gentle. I adore him.

My lovely boy likes nothing better than to hop into the rocking chair in our living room for a snooze.

Unfortunately something about the rocking motion leaves him powerless to jump back down when needed.
He gives a gentle, almost apologetic “excuse me…. Help!” bark to alert us and one of us has to come and rescue him and lift him down😂

He also does this if he hops up on the coffee table, but only if there are lots of items on it (books, cups etc). It’s like he’s worried he’ll knock them if he tries to jump down again!

I love him.
