The cost of one bravecto tablet

For various irrelevant reasons I needed to buy one bravecto from the vet today. Would usually think about a prescription to order elsewhere but not today

£38.

Reasonable or bloody outrageous?

My elderly dog had his teeth done including 6 extractions I was quoted approximately £150 when I picked him up I was asked to pay £116!
A recent nasty eye infection £38 including consultation and eye drops.
Im very lucky they are excellent caring vets, very highly regarded, but I do live in a predominately agricultural aree; cows and sheep farmers don’t throw huge sums of money at animals, because it’s not cost efficient so maybe this impacts on their costings.

Really expensive drug. But the best one for fleas and ticks.

I think bravecto is the best as far as I understand nothing stops ticks getting onto your pets it’s all about how quickly they die and drop off and Ive had no fleas since I’ve started using it.
