Anyone had experience of them. I am having to rehome my dog through illness and they take peoples dogs if you are over 65. They sound good but are a long way from me and I cant get transport to them. They have said they would take her but Im now wondering about it all.

You dont need to make final decisions thereisonlyoneofme (unless you want to) CT will find a foster home and if the situation changes they will find a long term foster to look after your dog for as long as the dog needs it. For the rest of their lives if necessary.
