Labrador pup, girl or boy?

Just had news from the breeders that a litter has been born with our puppy in it!!

Very very excited! We were told it would take up to a year so am pleasantly surprised it's happened earlier.

The litter are all brown.

Are there any character traits in girls or boys or are they all completely different?

DH had a collie growing up but I've never had a dog so lots to learn.

Better to leave the blanket with breeder so when you pick him up it smells of the litter. Picked our boy at 4 weeks and spent some time playing with him and letting him sleep on us. When we went to collect him he came straight to us, he remembered our scent Fabulous dogs. I have 2 🥰

That's lovely that you got to spend time with him the first time you met. I love the idea that he recognised you when you came to collect him. I hope we get to do the same.

And that makes sense re the blanket.
