its driving me insane. My house stinks like rotten egg as she farts constantly!
I have tried a couple of different foods, she can't tolerate any sort of wet food as it makes her so much worse and poos go like slop but she also won't eat dry (moistened with water) by itself.
I have tried Gain, chappie wet and dry, harringtons wet, harringtons grain free.
Atm she is on Harringtons (normal) salmon flavour and a tiny sprinkle of Hi life Feed Me semi moist food to get her to eat.
She looks lovely, right weight, lovely shiny coat and happy in herself but she just stinks!!!
Any ideas?

We got ddog2 as a companion when we lost our old girl. Ddog1, became very depressed and developed separation anxiety. SA went as soon as we brought ddog2 home, but ddog1 was never that fond of him. He would tolerate him cuddling up to him when he was tiny, but preferred to be left alone. They did bond eventually though and we’re quite happy together, but never close. He was in the room when ddog2 died and understood what had happened. I’d say he was a bit sad for a couple of days, but then got used to his new normal, very different from when our two previous dogs had to be pts at the vet surgery. That said, we haven’t had to leave him alone yet and I suspect the SA will be back when we do, especially having had everyone home for months. Fortunately, it’s rare for all five of us to be out at the same time, so we can usually work around him having to be left.

Same thing with our ddog2. We were used to our rather low/squarish (for a Lurcher) ddog1 and ddog2 just grew like a weed, all gangly legs and no brakes! He was like a baby giraffe by comparison. We were told they thought he was a Whippet cross when we first enquired about him! Grin
