Sainsburys nappy bags (not the basics ones) are our favoured brand atm

MrsJayy · 09/03/2018 17:30

I am using nappy bags from poundstrerchers you seem to get less poo baggage for your money

MrsJayy · 09/03/2018 17:31

If you buy specifically poo bags

Accountant222 · 09/03/2018 17:52

Nappy bags 30p per 100, dog poo bags £1 per 100

Floralnomad · 09/03/2018 17:57

I always use nappy sacks but not the economy ones as they are too thin .

Oops4 · 09/03/2018 18:03

We get free poo bags from our council.....might be worth checking?

Mol1628 · 09/03/2018 18:05

I like the rolls from home bargains. I use the dispenser I got from there too.

Ylvamoon · 09/03/2018 23:18

PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT! USE BIODEGRADABLE BAGS.

I use them, not the cheapest but usually decompose within 6-8 months. Compare this with 1000's of years for plastic.

Spottybotty14 · 10/03/2018 07:19

I would never consider not using biodegradable. They’re pretty cheap now.

bluebells1 · 10/03/2018 07:26

If your council offers free poo bags, it is worth a check. Ours does and that's the one we use. Sometimes we buy the large unscented ones from any petshop.

babyblackbird · 10/03/2018 08:30

Scot pet shop biodegradable bags . I buy them in bulk on amazon at 1000 at a time and they are dead cheap

babyblackbird · 10/03/2018 08:31

Oh and very thick so no fingers through them

Ickyockycocky · 10/03/2018 08:34

Wilko 50p for 20. They are strong and I’ve never had a failure.

Slartybartfast · 10/03/2018 08:35

No problem with value nappy sacks. Currently have not value nappy sacks and they are bigger which is good.

Spottybotty14 · 10/03/2018 10:01

Are the value nappy sacks biodegradeable?

Plantlover · 11/03/2018 14:09

What shops can you get the biodegradable ones from?

Plantlover · 11/03/2018 14:32

I have found some tesco ones but none at other supermarkets?

Are any hopes poo bags biodegradable?

I often find packs of biodegradable ones at T K Maxx which are very reasonable.

confusedandemployed · 11/03/2018 14:43

Home Bargs ones in a roll with the bone shaped dispenser you clip on the lead. I never forget them then. unless I forget the lead like I did this morning. Thank God he'd already done his biz

Lonecatwithkitten · 11/03/2018 16:10

Biodegrable poo bags are always available in TK Max, nice and thick and a decent size. Not as cheap as nappy sacks, but I can not bring myself to put biodegrable poo in a non-biodegrable bag.

ILoveAntButHateDec · 11/03/2018 17:22

I can’t understand people who pay £££’s for a dog, equipment, food and insurance but can’t afford a few pence to buy biodegradable poo bags??

Slartybartfast · 11/03/2018 19:13

Perhaps not everyone spends a fortune, cheapest poo bag was the question

DisorderedOrder · 11/03/2018 19:18

PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT! USE BIODEGRADABLE BAGS.

Just want to reiterate this^. The difference in cost is pennies. You can literally get 100 for £1, if you can't afford that you can't afford a dog surely?
