Very. He's our top co driver in the tractor while hay baling

Stealing knickers when I'm not looking & putting them by the tumble dryer

It's insanely hot but they keep trying to sit on me.

Mine is helping me by lounging around looking sleepy instead of hassling me to take him for a walk!

Mine is making sure no fly or bee enters the garden without a warning about its behaviour. Saves me keeping an eye on their shenanigans after all.

Mine is having a busy day .... he's making sure that none of the pigeons in the area get anywhere near our bird table and he's insisting that DH stop watching the golf on the TV and go out for a walk. Clever boy ...

Keeping an eye on our tea for us - he's lying in the kitchen, starting at the roast beef as it cooks in the oven.

Other dog has been, arm, watering the grass. Thats the most she ever helps.

Ours have got DH and DD out of my hair, by obliging them to go on a nice long walk. The house is wonderfully quiet.

Mine is helping hold down the duvet. I have been laid up since January and had an op last week. CiliatedDog has been laid up with me the whole time. We will have to get our fitness back together come Autumn. He cuddles up but it's 29 degrees in here so I keep rolling him away from me. Imagine if dogs didn't exist!

I love all the photos. And I've loved being part of the doghouse since we adopted Alice, rather than stalking lurking!

Bonnie's being great, she always seems to know when I've snuck off for a nap and likes to join me, but it means she's coming in from sunbathing in the garden and likes to walk back and forth around my bed panting really loudly and then gives off a loud sigh and flops onto the cool laminate with a hefty thump. She seems to be able to do this just as I'm about to doze off

Mine is guarding the house with the back door open. No bogey man would dare to enter the garden/house as she's a proper vocal ferocious rabid salivating wild thing towards any interlopers.

He is more of a supervisor. Warns us of oncoming birds and neighbouring horses... that type of thing 😂

Mine were publicising the rescue at a big agricultural show, so they had a very hard day of lying on their bed being cuddled by a succession of lurcher fans
