This is our rescue dog, she is 1 year old (bar a few days) and weighs 11kg but what is her cross do you think? (Her sister has been DNA tested and the result surprised me)

CMOTs looks like a long-legged short-haired standard dachshund to me.
Manchester terrier maybe? (x whippet as you said)

he met a miniature dachshund today and it was v funny - he had a look of 'where are its legs'.

He's bigger than a whippet, so I'm not sure on manchester terrier

We've had that with our (standard) dachshund and dobies.
