Anyone want to guess what breed our dog is?

We have his DNA test results due in the next week and I wondered if anyone wanted to take a guess before we get them.
He's an Irish poundie of unknown history and parentage, probably between 12-18 months of age.
We've had him about 5 weeks. He's very lively, quite bright, has a loud bark, and likes to have a good sniff around.
He's about the height of a Labrador but not as broad.
You can see his coat and size in the photo of him with our German Shepherd cross and his face and chest in the other photo.

Collie and something? Not sure what though.
He has bright eyes

Looked again, maybe mixed with a spaniel of some kind.

He's got really piercing eyes. That ^ is what he does until you feed him, let him out, take him for a walk. It's pretty hard to ignore!

Lab and collie are defo in there.... Sits and waits for the DNS test (ooooooo it's like jk)

Interesting guesses. I wonder if he isn't part beagle as he's got a bit of a houndy bark and holds his tail up over his back.
I will update on this thread when the results come though.

muzzle also looks spaniel ish....legs are very slender, maybe a bit of lurchery effort there?

Collie type markings

Definitely lab in there, those ears but his eyes look very collie He's lovely. I'd say lab and border collie cross perhaps.

I think there's Beagle in there somewhere, based on his white patches and ears.

His colouring is suggestive of GSD, but that's not apparent in his conformation at all, so I'd guess perhaps some sort of blue tricolour Collie, either Border or Smooth.

Whatever he is he's gorgeous!

I would guess collie/ beagle - both breeds very common in Irish pounds.

He does have 'blue' legs, so maybe collie. He came to us as a husky/ GSD cross if that helps.

Definitely think lots of collie in the mix. Typical white tip tail and the collie stare!!

He's a real mix!
One of his grandparents was a lab and another was a Siberian Husky ( different sides), and his other grandaprents were 'mixed'; most likely Collie and Kerry Blue but a spattering of spaniel, Irish terrier and Harrier as well!
