I'm just starting this before the last one fills up.

Well it turned out warm and sunny yesterday so I'll put the BBQ out for later.

So I think a lighter breakfast today, so fruit, fruit juices and scotch pancakes made by Florence. Fernando is making mulled cider.

Sunny and warm ? Heck it went so dark around here that all the carpark lights at work came on at about 3pm !
Today is looking a bit better though
Can I have some fruit ( preferably grapefruit and oranges ) and a large coffee for now please @sashh .

I will put the fire proof gazebo over the bbq just incase we get a heavy down pour again.

It's quiet round hear this morning.

I have fed the animals in the petting zoo, the ducks and chickens have given us a load of eggs so there is plenty to go round if any one wants a eggy breakfast.
I am going to have marmite and poached eggs on toast ( don't worry Sashh I will clean up well ) and a large coffee.
Then I'm going to have a doze by the fire.

Irl I hope to get back to sleep , the one day I can have a proper lie in and my cat decides to chase his tail for nearly 3 mins solid while on my bed ffs !

Oooh, i wil have some boiled eggs on toast with a coffee please

I've just had a caramel hot cross bun from marks and Spencer, was Delish. I'm slightly obsessed!

We've had a busy few days in this household and my pyloric stenosis is playing up which is so so annoying, I'm going to have to fast again if the sickness carries on. Last time, I lost 2st in 3 weeks. I've been struggling with insomnia and have resorted to phenogern and diazepam after being awake for 3 days and nights!
Fingers crossed it settles down on its own. T-2 days until our UK trip and I can't find my passport 😂
Goal for this week is to secure a start date for the new job!

I was awake in the night so had a slow start. I think bacon butties are perfect, I'll get one and come outside.

Lazy chef- I’ll crisp up some bacon and people can help themselves.

Well having watched a couple of episodes of Best Home Cook I'm pinching a couple of recipes'.

Firs 'crispy eggs' these are actually egg yolks breaded and deep fried. Obviously when cut open the yolk oozes out so it needs something to ooze on to so Florence is making a sourdough with olives bread which I will toast and then add avocado.

For anyone who enjoys spice for breakfast a shakshuka with a cucumber salad on the side.

And a plate of portobello mushrooms stuffed with cherry tomatoes.

Fernando is experimenting with tomato juice cocktails.

@laughinglivingloving , I am doing OK thanks , the early starts are wiping me out ( getting up at 4.30am is just wrong ! )

@sashh that sounds like a new take on poached eggs with a twist , I will give it a go please.
I love mushrooms in all forms so stuffed with cherry tomatoes sounds very nice .

Ready for a colonoscopy and endoscopy on Saturday so i have to give them a miss
