Ah right, was racking my brains trying to think what it could've applied to. I hope you are okay, funerals are always difficult. I find they can be uplifting as well.

@laughinglivingloving I hope you and your boys have a good trip , where are you off to?
6 weeks is annoying, do you think they might be waiting for the person you are replacing to work their notice? Even so they should be able to give you a firm start date.

My work situation is getting ridiculous , I have had several meetings and each one results in a outcome I have gone from been made redundant, reinstated , 20 hr per week , 40 hrs per week, working at a fixed site , working at multiple sites . It's flaming ridiculous!

@Tilllly DH’s DGM. She was 96, had 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. She still managed to work for a newspaper and be a magistrate. A life well lived.

I have lost track too ! , I do have,a union rep but she is equally baffled. All of this has happened since 1st of Feb, it's meant to be finalised by the end of next week but both managers are off from last friday until the 10th 😡

Ooh @Tilllly I hope you found some delicious snacks for your mid night feast. I’m still languishing after the latest bone infusion but DH brought me pancakes with bacon and maple syrup for breakfast. He’s just softening me up so he can borrow my car today!
