I'm just starting this before the last one fills up.

Well for a change I think I'm going to make breakfast quesadillas.

Basically two flour tortillas with scrambled egg and cheese as a filling and lightly fried in a little butter. I'll put a little salsa on the side.

Florence is making chocolate brownies. Fernando is making mulled cider.

Leo is asking if he can take Daisy to see the goats.

I haven't been here for a few nights - I wish I could say I was sleeping, but no such luck!
Muchos excitement here tonight as DS6 has his first wobbly tooth - he is BESIDE HIMSELF with happiness 😂😂
Also, on the job front... I have a job in ITU.
Slight snagging point is that current job won't give me a reference until I formally resign, I can't formally resign until I have a start date (current job have said I don't have to work my notice period due to all the shite they put me through but that I won't get paid from the day I hand in my notice) but new job won't give me a start date until they have all their references!! Feel I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place!!

Well I was up in the night so managed to go back to bed for a couple of hours.

So lets make something easy, breakfast muffins. So a mix of egg, bacon, cheese and cherry tomatoes all baked in a muffin tin.

Florence is making marmalade tarts and fernando is making orange cocktails.

Busy day in the laughing house with Dentist, parents evening and beavers AGM!

Well the leek is back but the landlord is sending someone 'this week' to do a temporary repair and then it can take up to 8 weeks for a permanent fix. This is because they need to put up scaffolding.

I'm so glad I have a water vac.

Back to the cafe. I'm going to let the petting zoo animals outside so things might get a bit muddy. I have outdoor heaters so I'm just going to do hot chocolate and sausage sandwiches to eat outside.

Godess knows what Leo has taught the goats.

Florence is making croissants and Fernando is making spiced rum cocktails.

I went to bed with a banging headache, bloody woken up and it's still there! 😩

@laughinglivingloving Eggs are not a problem. I've just had a Sainsbury's delivery so I will be trying out my shiny new vacuum packer on the chicken thighs.

@sashh ooh fancy!! I love a kitchen gadget! (My sister is always laughing at me, saying it's my ASD "special interest!") it might be true 😂 my kitchen counters are full of stuff! Thermomix,2 air fryers and an instant pot! Tell me about the vacuum sealer.. 👀 😁😁
