I don't think they are questions designed to be answered, they are trying to see their thought process?? It's a bit like how long is a piece of string, they are just opening a discussion to see where it goes (or not).

I'm torn between admiration for these families, who are so ambitious for their children, and sadness ghat they have to jump through so many hoops to get what they regard as a good education.

It's a shame, but going to public school does open doors, it's like winning the lottery.

It does seem like a fake accent - he seems to have created a persona of who he wants to be. Very odd.

I rather like krishnan,..he seems very engaging and remarkably self deprecating...

Several of the prospectus he had were for Grammar schools (Burnham, Tiffin etc), surely if he's that bright it would be the better option?

I just lost ALL respect for headmaster...wearing clip on braces, not button on,..at Harrow? Come Come...that is considered really poor form in Gateshead!

He wants to be a footballer, he doesn't read alot by the sounds of it. Poor lad, I can't see him getting a place somehow, he's not very academically minded.
