Did anyone else think that last night's episode was the best written on ever? They must have different writers on board.

Two important questions below..

Is Leo dead or just wan?!
Do you fancy Harry?

I used to like Harry but have gone off him very quickly this series - what's with the darker side to him???

I also had an inkling it was the sister but not sure why - it can't be the husband surely? Too obvious!

I thought last night was pretty rubbish actually. In real life, surely Nikki would never have been allowed to appear as an expert witness while working alongside Harry? And the policewoman in charge of the case would also not have been allowed to proceed because of having been mentored by the policeman who died?

We think it was either the sister or daughter, I agree the father is too obvious a candidate although I wouldn't be surprised if he had killed his first wife and got away with it.
The policewoman in it is also one of the baddies in survivor, she obviously does powerhungry well!!

didn't they say he met his second wife when he was living somewhere with his second wife so he knew her and her sister before his first wife died?

i don't think he killed first wife either - surely he wouldn't have kept the african mask after it had her blood on it!

so maybe sister was hankering after him and killed both?

Is it me or is this series alot more graphic? I know its not real dead bodies, but still...ergh...it gives me funny dreams!!

I think it was the sister too; she has a key. If she killed the sister and framed the husband for the murder of both his wives, would she inherit the house?

Perhaps she had similar money worries to her sister, if they had invested similarly, or inherited the same shares that were discussed at the beginning?

It would make sense for her to appear to support him. Suggesting she doubted him after letting herself into the house was perhaps a way of trying to cover up why she was really there.

If AuntieMaggie is right and she was after the husband for herself, she'd have to keep him out of jail. Hum. Perhaps she went to retrieve the murder weapon. Is it that blue ashtray?

I liked the 2nd episode better (and got the murderer right for a change!)

yes, I imagine there must have been inconsistencies there (what Nikki would have been allowed to do in real life)

I loved the blue shirt she was wearing for a lot of the 2nd episode

dh and I always chuckle at her because she really has only 2 facial expressions, shock and sort of plain, doe-eyed

I hated the pulling hair in bed thing. That made me shudder. It's like he's got a mean side. Mean men just don't do it for me.

I thought that Harry was acting like an arse again when he was trying to trap Nikki against the wall so that she would listen / talk to him. Unpleasant bullying.
Nikki's complete about face about the victim having been murdered after all must have been very annoying though.

So did daughter kill stepmum and plant the ashtray or was it sheer coincidence that it ended up in other woman's hoard of rubbish ?through police not finding it and her managing to? Did father already know and wait for her to be safely at work before calling 999 ?

They're always hot.

I think the unanswered questions left hanging is a stylistic decision. The first story was left open too, we had to work out it was her husband she'd met.

Think Harry and Nicki are going to 'Get It On' (you must say this in the stylie of the song though!) - the sexual tension between them is amazing.
