no but on the whole when they've been through the auditions/boot camp/finals thing they can at least normally sing ok(ish). I mean you might never want to listen to a single thing they ever record but they can sing. Posh Spice didnt go through any of that did she? Weren't the Spice Girls just an entirely behind the scenes manufactured band?
