To be fair, I think this is quite a hard task. Even if you're in catering as thingy claims to be, none of the others are cooks, and it takes quite a lot of skill.

I booked a lunch at our local university (one of the top 4 in the country) and they gave us space raider crisps !

Needless to say, I took it up with the Dean and ended up getting the lunch for nowt !!!!

Just coming to this, but I have to say have any of you seen the American Apprentice with Donald Trump? If not immediately defect and download, or buy, do what ever you can to watch it. In this we are not worried about chicken wraps...but dealing with promoting Nescafe in Times Square, or a new burger in Burger King. And the apprentices's have had proper jobs...run real multi million dollar businesses. Just brilliant.

Totally different to Sugar (who?)....just can't bear to watch the BBC thing now!

I could have done a better job than that with Ritz crackers, cream cheese and a bit of smoked salmon.
