oooooh, is there a starting block left for me?!

I love it! Haven't seen the inside of an office for years. That must be why.

Kevin? was he the Matt Lucas lookalike?

They DO all look older. I could still get under 15 bus fare when I was 25 if I was in jeans. This crowd old before their time.

rantothehills · 24/03/2009 11:19

gosh, Anita's got a face for radio! (i know, v judgemental of me..) Howard looks like he's trying too hard to look tough but instead looks rather shifty and "Elvis" thinks you should make money while making friends, hmm, nice!

Merrylegs · 24/03/2009 11:23

Now now Margaret, you are surely the power behind the throne. With a raise of the eyebrow and a withering putdown, you have Surallen eating out of your hand. Strong women may bring him out in a rash, but I can tell you are the itch he doesn't mind scratching.

moodlumthehoodlum - I've heard that too!

sassy · 24/03/2009 12:23

Ooh lovely. The only thing I watch relgiously all year. Splendid.

I do hope the women have better dress snse this year - they are all so dull (except delightfully batty LUcinda and her berets last year)

MrsJamin · 24/03/2009 12:32

I have been waiting for months for the apprentice to start, I just love it. Partly because I'd kind of love to be on it just to see whether I'd make the same kind of stupid mistakes that they make like making less than their costs.

scarlotti · 24/03/2009 12:38

Hoorah!! Dh and I watch religiously!

Lucinda's beret's - yes, bless her, I'd forgotten about her.

So will the girls lose the first few tasks again this year by being so bitchy to each other .... or will they have learnt from the past few series to think of the bigger picture for a while?!! Tee hee

scarlotti · 24/03/2009 12:38

Of course that should just be berets
... scarlotti - you're fired!

citronella · 24/03/2009 12:42

Yeah, can't wait!!

Mmm wine and marmadukes chocs - claaaaasss!

FAQinglovely · 24/03/2009 12:43

I think that business is the backbone to this world. Without companies buying and selling there wouldn't be any economy."

No shit sherlock

LoobyLou36 · 24/03/2009 12:53

Ooh great - I love the apprentice.

It winds DH up tho - he just thinks all the candidates are glorified salesmen/women. So I tell him "don't watch" but he always does.

LoobyLou36 · 24/03/2009 13:02

I see what you mean about Anita

squeaver · 24/03/2009 13:04
singalongamumum · 24/03/2009 13:10

Room for one more? I love The Apprentice. It's one of the few things DP and I both watch and enjoy. Will meet you back here for debrief, but I'll be late as I have to go to bed early, so will catch up on Thurs.

yey! yey! yey! >

Think I might teach DS to say 'You're fired'.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 24/03/2009 13:39

lol
my youngest ds does a wicked Anne Robinson

Nyx · 24/03/2009 14:05

I'm looking forward to it as well, it's more or less the only programme on TV that I watch. Can't wait!
