I started watching this for the first time last night and am in danger of getting hooked in a 'so bad it's good' kind of way.

I agree with theThoughtPolice about Dr Katie. As an actress, Sarah Parish is very good, but I think she's often mis-cast in these types of dramas because she's not that pretty, imo. I remember her in 'Cutting it' when she had georgous men (Jason Merrells, Ben Daniels) falling in love with her and I used to think 'why?'.

Very sad about her baby in RL though - it looks to me like she may have filmed this series not long after having her baby as she looks slightly fuller-figured than usual.

Max B is tiny in real life 5ft 6.
