If Siobahn is going to be a proper mum she will have to pull herself together and get busy with Elsa rather than just sit there looking at things for a long time without moving .

The thing I don't get (and apologies if it's already been mentioned, I haven't read the whole thread), is, if Katie and Jack were such good friends from way back blah blah blah then how come they never saw each other having lived so close to each other all this time.

I HATE the terrible cardie/waistcoat, it seems to have had a such a big role that it will have its own lines in the next series!!

How could Trudy go back to Richard. He is sooo creepy. Surely Dan can't forgive Katie or Jack ? Thought the wife getting divorced from the psycho ex was the classiest of all too.

I didn't feel sorry for Katie at all. How hard is it not to have sex with your friend's husband?

I've gone off them all a bit this series. Siobhan isn't convincing as a mother, Trudy isn't convincing as a wanton sex goddess and Katie's a bitch.

I like Jess though.

I got excited before each episode but always ended up feeling somewhat dissapointed at the end.

It is hugely unrealistic but strangely mesmerising I find.

Richard somehow seemed quite fanciable in last nights episode, though how he did not thump sandwich man when he sauntered out of Trudi's house with his shirt all undone God only knows!

It seems certain that Jess's baby will be Dominic's, and of course Dom loves Siobhan, although her pouting to camer annoys the hell out of me.

Katies character really annoyed me and Meg holding her husbands hand after what he did seemed very quick to me, coupled with the fact they all continued to turn up for work after that is just wrong.

Again, everything happened too quickly. All of a sudden Mark is so broke that he has to sleep in Jess's office? From wealthy bloke (remember the £3m deal?) to having absolutely nothing?? And where did Jess get that loft flat thing from? And didn't richard have a schedule for a house? Hasn't he paid a deposit? Surely a 6 month minimum lease and then he just starts living with Trudy again? Why doesn't he work?

Sigh. Still love it though! Why??

Ah, I didn't see the last series!

BUT, I almost threw something at the TV set when Jess turned up for work and - what an amazing coincidence!!!!! - had to organise - you wouldn't believe it! - a baby shower!!! What's the chances??!! And, was it really necessary for her and the bloke she works with to both attend the shower? All they were doing was standing drinking wine.

And pushing child on swing (note scribbled on side of script 'this is to insinuate that Jess is changing her mind towards children and will no longer pursue termination option')

Sorry! I do love it though. I've just never watched and enjoyed anything so utterly unbelievable!!

And why doesn't Katy have any curtains in her house?

Lol! I noticed that. I couldn't sit with my back to an uncurtained window when it's dark outside. Imagine the fear turning round and seeing a face there!!!

My thoughts exactly! And she struts out of bed in a mans shirt and pants with that great big window in her kitchen. Pah!

I bloody sobbed when Hari left - blame it on the hormones, DS is 8 weeks old.

But Katie - no sympathy whatsoever, in fact felt like slapping her (yes, I know it's only tele) when she was crying in front of Megan. And Trudie - please, why would anyone choose man who has virtually abandoned his sick wife over lovely Lucas?

We spent the whole programme shouting at the tv.

1. You don't push a swing from the front crouching down - that's how you get kicked in the face.
2. I'd worry about being a patient in that hospital that Katie etc were working in - can't believe they were in a fit state to look after anyone.
3. I wonder whether maybe Siobhan gets together with Dominic in the next series and then has an affair with Hari (well, they have to live up to the series' title, don't they ).

I got frustrated with the series too. In a group of friends over maybe a decade I suppose one will cheat on her husband (but that's not a certainty), but this group of women couldn't manage to stay faithful for ten minutes!!! Katie and Siobhán, fgs!

And it was deffo Dr Dan at the end. I thought it might be Jack, but deffo Dan in the reflection.

Jackie that was what DH and my thought. How many patients carked it while all the emotional angsting was going on amongest the doctors?!

Do love it though hiliarious. And filmed in Bristol. Apparently the rampant doctors house is on the market for £2.5 million so not really the sort of pad your average single hospital doctor would live in.

ALso in the last series she ruined her career by sleeping with patients you would have thought she'd have learned from her mistakes.

Just watched the last episdoe on I-player so will probably be talking to myself here! Was shocked that I actually got all emulsional when Hari left even though I hated the guy during the whole series for being such a miserable wuss!

And how DIFFICULT it must be to be the actor Patrick Baladi (sp) - I am actually jealous of anyone who calls himself/herself an actor and just plays it like that - he is exactly the same in everything - his face barely moves when he talks - he has this one slight "wince" that is supposed to register disgust, desire, indignation and perhaps the fact that he's just farted. It doesn't seem fair on all the other actors. And as for stuffing him into that casual wear of hoody top and combats - poor guy, I did actually feel sorry for him it was SOOOO not him.

And the guy in the deli/cockcake-shop - he was so unbelievable and fancy having a deli that didn't sell any sweet things in the first place - Pah!!

I shall miss Orla in all her serene loveliness - and her outfits. And cute as a button Jess (can I touch your fringe?) But will not miss Katie with her goldfish gape and that fricking cardigan.

There, better now...

I think we should keep this thread going with new scenarios as i am going to seriously miss the drivel
