Is that the one that has currently popped up again as a pod!fic that has the word 'homework' in the title? I might possibly have read it at some stage, in some sort of mad delirious fit. RPF is of course Bad smacks hand well unless it's Cockles (RFOL) in which case it's still Bad and Immoral but Misha Made Me Do It. (Damn might have to go reread it now feels dirty)

You see I don't like the tallness/sasquatchiness. And that doe-eyed floppy-haired thing coupled with the hyped up tigger on speedness of the man who plays him. There's too much going on.

RPS is a bad bad bad thing though yes snurk @ cockles. Yes, homework fic, there's a new part coming out in a couple of days beta pending and I found myself excited about it having said I would never, ever, ever get on board with RPS. Apart from HBO which is bloody funny and very dirty.

Norfolk to London fairly doable actually so why I've only ever been there once is a very good question. I went when heavily pregnant with dd expecting to be like the picture books (my basis for reference being er Dickens and the like). Nobody doffed their cap at me, I saw no carriages and pearly kings and queens were not to be had. It was busy and mad and sooty and overwhelming and I may have cried at one point on some road called Oxford where everybody was going everywhere fast and I was in the way. Bleurgh. I want to go back unpregnant and better prepared for life in this century.

I live on the broads, well not on them, but you know, stone's throw, not that I throw stones at boats. Norfolk not easy to get to on account of very few A roads and certainly no motorways past the end of the M11. Lovely.

Oh god, I love the HBO verse, and I'm deeply disappointed that she's lost interest in it so won't finish it It's made up slightly by her doing a SGA/SPN crossover which was fairly awesome (McShep being my other favourite ship) I try and justify the RPF stuff by only reading AU, so then it's not about them per se, it's more like they're in a film, but using their own names (why am I bothering? I'm a sick, sick individual and I'm destined for many special hells. Please beat me)

Oxford Street is overpriced and too busy. Blergh. I am spoiled though. It's just a bus ride into Central London for me, so it's easy to abandon leave the DCs for the day and swan off to wander around galleries and museums with my nonchild friends.

Buses? I tried the underground and that was bad enough. And, without being too graphic, blowing your nose at the end of a day in London produces stuff. However do you cope? Abandoning children? Hmmm, sounds interesting. DH wants to go to NYC for a big anniversary next year and have never left dd. Not sure if I can manage it which makes me seven shades of pathetic.

Stargate Atlantis was fantastic. Battlestar Galactica I've just started watching, as it's taken me this long to stop sulking that they remade it (with Starbuck as a girl) I will reluctantly admit to quite liking it though.

I'm a bus journey from the nearest tube anyway, so might as well just stay on. London is better than it was pollutionwise (yay for congestion charge) When I worked just off Oxford Street in the early 90's it was foul. My skin was awful, and my asthma was really bad. It's a lot cleaner now, honestly, and I live near the edge anyway.

My DCs are a lot older than your DD iirc (and it's easier to leave a few of them than just one - DS1 didn't stay overnight anywhere until I was actually having DS2) They're fairly independant, and generally I only leave them with DH anyway. He coped when I was at Asylum

I have written sod all except for a few drabbles of no importance what-so-ever... though I have been crafting again so thats better than nothing... S5e2 is sllloooooowly downloading now so i have the time to write something but my brain probably wont agree with that..

I did have a dream the other night of falling through a wall of a castle/keep ruin and finding myself in the past.. knights and serfs and there was a big fire and a knight had an arrow in his side and I had to help take the arrow out and close the wound with a fire and putting a knife in the coals carterize the wound.... it was dark and smokey and grim and we were hiding in the ruins so that lucifur the bad guys wouldn't see is... oh and the knight was Dean.. but obviously a knightified Dean...

I can't believe none of us posted about Cas last week... I know we've got to be careful of spoilers for everyone else, but it deserved a bit of general flailing and OMG!!!ing

This weeks - I enjoyed this. Not as shocking as some of the recent episodes, but a good MotW episode, with some nice Dean'n'Sam interaction (although I thought Dean was a bit of a dick and a bit out of character, not sure if it's deliberate or just bad writing. Sam was good though smooshes Sam

Next week's episode is the last for a couple of weeks due to nasty US hiatus. I'm actually very suspicious of the timing glares at Flame Did you bribe them to have a break whilst you give birth?
