Right, off to bed to dream of CE being sexy and masterful, and OH MY GOD just creamy dreamy

Davros · 26/03/2005 23:59

Loved every minute of it. Quite like Billie since Canterbury Tales so no prob with her. Loved the platic boyfriend.

unicorn · 27/03/2005 00:16

Davros · 27/03/2005 17:09

I wonder if I will be appearing in this series....

morningpaper · 27/03/2005 20:10

To demonstrate my anorak qualities, here is the 'actual' 'Have you seen the Doctor' website that Clive put up!

www.whoisdoctorwho.co.uk/

I like:
"A TRIBUTE
This site was the idea of Clive. A loving father and husband. The dreams and hopes of one man in a shed, dedicated to uncovering the truth. We will not forget."

lavenderrr · 27/03/2005 20:12

just a quickie, which character was Chris Eccelston in Our friends in the North?

Davros · 27/03/2005 21:21

The Northern one

JanH · 27/03/2005 21:33

Long mousy hair, big nose.

JanH · 27/03/2005 21:33

In fact I can't remember the others except the blond one who went mad.

WideWebWitch · 27/03/2005 21:36

Mp, that is impressively anorakish, finding that site! I half watched this as dd was puking and ds was ill too, but liked what I saw.

JanH · 27/03/2005 21:36

On the L here .

synopsis . He was called Nicky, it says here.

WideWebWitch · 27/03/2005 21:38

He is nice I think, Christopher Ecclestone. (I mean nice, attractive nice, not merely pleasant!

motherinferior · 27/03/2005 21:57

Just seen this on video (we were OUT last night, amazingly) and thought it was incredibly wonderful. Mr Ecclestone is sex on legs (and very nice legs too) isn't he?

Maudy · 27/03/2005 22:09

I don\t think I have ever seen my DS's sit so still and quietly for so long. DS 1 is 7 and is a a total veg out so doesn't count but DS2 who is not even 3 yet was utterly gripped and barely moved and inch. Yes, I know he is much too young to be watching such things but I was SOOOO desparate to watch it and our video doesn't record properly so I took the gamble. He loved it!! Not sure I will repeat the pattern next week as it's meant to get scarier as it goes on so I will either have to bribe him or drug hin instead .

JanH · 27/03/2005 22:12

I missed it - am cross now I've read all the rave reviews - will it be repeated this week, anybody? Kanga?

pixel · 28/03/2005 23:02

FINALLY managed to watch this and am now completely weak at the knees. I know I shall be taping it from now on so I can watch it on my own. I'm not having dh and the kids spoiling my fix!

lilibet · 31/03/2005 08:00

He's left!!

doesn't want to be typecast

bettys · 31/03/2005 08:33

Pratt. Knew there was a reason I didn't quite like him. Why do it in the first place?

unicorn · 03/04/2005 00:19

Anyone watch it tonight?

Thought it very good, and that CE and BP have a real chemistry.

Nevertheless, I can understand why CE didn't want to continue... I don't think you can continue that level of script skill/acting skill etc, if you do it day after day- with no end.

Sad he is a gonna, but can now see
why he made the decision.

I reckon it must be better to go out with everyone thinking,- wow, he was good.. etc.

Still sad tho!
