Chris and Pui leaving... has this been discussed?

Chris and Pui are leaving CBeebies to do a new show, personally I am gutted. Especially if it means the godawful Sarah Jane is presenting. Could this be the end of Hugo Monkey's Funky Jungle Conga??????

I LOVE Chris and Pui! But, I also like Andy, and even Sid despite his oddly mannered way of prrro-ah-nounc-ah-ing everything. And I like Nina too.

Bur Sarah-Jane - noooooooooooooooo please no! I actually think she's very good on higgledy house, but that's because she's not talking.

Even worse than her, however, are the presenters on tikabilla and razzledazzle - who all, always, look weirdly uncomfortable and clueless.

I'll tell you who would be the best replacement as presenter - Chris off Doodle-Do. Or put him with Sarah-Jane (if he could stand it) as the antidote to her enthusiasm.

Yes, to me she is just an annoying, cabbage-patch-faced girlie with inappropriate-for-her-age bunches. Yet mysteriously most men just look at her and think "SEX". Why is that? Though I'm straight there are a lot of women who I can see are sexy - she is not one of them

And Pui is so lovely, and is Po from the Teletubbies, and everything...

And DD (2.6) loves them, and asks for them by name ("Kis and Poi?").

Sarah Jane is far too Cabaret and Lovey, and slightly unhinged looking.

I don't know about breaking the news to DD, I haven't internalised it myself yet

i think Andy is like a scruffy-arsed, slightly off-the-rails big brother who a 5-year-old boy would think was cool. That makes him a good option IMO - we might see an immature twunt but he appeals to children IME.

I think the number raps are sooo funny, Sid has all the rythm and Andy is a such a gangly piece of string with teeth. I'm really going to miss the Jungle Conga too.
