so my prediction of last night was right then.

I now predict that james and Alasdair will win.

And I have to say that "the art of food" is an excellent name which describes their concept perfectly.

I agree I think James and Ali will win. They are just getting away with stuff that no one else is and when comments are made about how dynamic, and go-getting they are etc. you just think its all weighed in their favour. Yes James can cook,but the FoH is dire, and their control is dire. The best FoH was Steve and the judges admited that (not only on the night, but in terms od his margins etc.) Thinking abouth wed night they were truely dreadful, running out of everything, staff not being informed etc, and yet they slated Cheerful Soul for not telling RB about the delay, and didn't slate James and ALi
None of the cookbooks was great, their won purely on the photographs - but as one of the guys said whats te use of it if you can't actually cook the recipes.....May be RB thinks well good, potentially great chef, knocking FoH into shape is easier (and potentially eaiser to replace?)
Feel sorry for Curley hair as he seems to have it in for her, and I think the stress is getting to her...

Oh Michelle drives me mad, constantly doing that false grin even when she's about to burst into tears.

It's a shame nel's closed, I really liked the husband.
