We went to one of them and it was really deffo brill

in edinburgh when we did events there were wine suppliers who would deliver a set number of bottles for events. and you only paid for what you used/was opened.

then you phoned them up and they picked up what was left.

they're outside manchester. a big city.

certainly there's a similar source of supplies in such a large area willing to deliver such a service for the right fee?

they suck.

they're too stoopid to have a restaurant. they don't think or learn from their mistakes - like um, duh, hire a van for a day for the chairs.

i agree, carmenere. but alistair keeps cocking up.

he can't run a restaurant. he doesn't think, isn't resourceful, gets stressed out too easily and all that relying on Waitrose.
