I watched on catch up earlier as I'm on holiday and thought Sarah was the obvious dance off candidate. She lives around the corner from us.

The men got a poor hand in wigs stakes this week: John looked more Hairy Baker than JBJ and Graeme's was an abomination. In contrast Lauren's was amazing! I feel as though we're into our stride now this series.

I am sad to see Sarah go. I would have liked to see Shaun and his week depart, but the damned couples choice saved him. I hope for a better week for Graeme as I like his old school style but I have no idea what was going on under that blond wig and flares 🤷‍♀️😆

I feel loathe to say this but Strictly is really not worth watching anymore. I was a fan from the very first show but now It bores me, I’m watching it out of habit. Same goes for ITT, Ellie Taylor is too full on and I don’t think the revamped format is a great improvement. All in all a disappointment,it’s a big fat nil points from me.

You know in Tabby's Rae dance, I would have loved it if JoJo was on stage and said the "your husband is coming" bit because it sounds like that in the song, and it might just be me but I thought it would have been brilliant. Probably just me.
