I’m normally against a ringer myself. but there’s a fair few this year!

Why is Delta a ringer? She's a singer and actress. Never seen her dance in anything before Strictly.

If we're going to talk about ringahs of this year and who should and shouldn't be there:
Cach is a professional dancer in Afro beats and Hip Hop, Bethany did musical theatre as a degree, Laurence has also had significant dance training and has appeared in musicals, Graham did a spot of ballroom or Latin albeit last decade.

Anyway, Delta seems to be this year's Alexandra Burke, but I hope she doesn't suffer from being in too many dance offs.

My favourite l madeast night was Graham and Lauren, who looked absolutely stunning. Tabby was lovely too but I do wish they'd let contestants develop their skills first before attempting the Argentine Tango. Though who knows, maybe she'll be excellent at it.

I was disappointed with John this week after a promising start, but I'm sure he'll come back fighting.

Looking forward to Lacey and Vito's samba, but for some reason he seems subdued yesterday.

Lacey didn’t too pleased to get Viti when the couples were announced. I wondered if they’re not quite gelling. However, she puts in a good performance as she’s such a professional.

She can clearly dance and perform already - that makes her a ringer enough for me and very boring - there was someone last year who they couldn’t get rid of similar - always in the dance off but never thrown out until public vote

She could just be very good at learning. There are plenty of performers, not just her.

Ok so just zipped through Saturday and watching the results, I am loving the new menu on the fast forward I can ignore all the nonsense watch the interesting bits and all done so quickly!

The menu on the I player is a great addition . I was surprised to see it and makes life a bit easier.

just read Brendan Cole’s nasty comments about Amy not being up to the job! What an insensitive numpty he is ! Thought Amy has done wonders energy wise considering the hell she’s been through. On I player, of you start to fast forwards it shows you what’s coming up next with the dances. Not sure if this is new or I didn’t notice it before , but it makes life easier if you’re looking for one dance or whatever.
It pops up like a small menu.

That’s as maybe but to kick a girl when she’s down is inexcusable. Just think how she’ll feel reading it. TBH she doesn’t get paired with popular contestants who alot of people have heard of. Let’s be honest here it’s a popularity contest
