I think Johanne was saying that Rochelle only had a go about the chicken due to her micro aggression - which she and Pauline had discussed as being how racism shows in the UK. She was implying that Rochelle was racist as she wouldn't have had a go at anyone else if they wanted to cook the chicken. They did talk about Rhianna but in the context that Rochelle wouldn't have shouted at her.
Yasmin has caused whatever is about to kick off.

Johanne doesn't seem to get that the chicken reheating objection was about losing the task and consequently the luxury budget. Or is she just choosing not to get it?

I think Yasmin was partly trying to clarify what had been said, I don't actually think she was shit-stirring on this occasion.

P and J were talking about racism in the UK and the US. J said the chicken thing was a micro-aggression from Rochelle and if Rihanna had re-heated the chicken, Rochelle wouldn't have made such a fuss. Rochelle then told everyone else that J had accused her and Rihanna of being racist.

Downright lies from Pauline and Joanne saying they didn’t use the term ‘micro aggression’ I don’t like Rochelle but they gaslit her when she recounted Pauline’s account in a supermarket.
