We got into Court 18 for the second set, just like the wagtail. Otto’s serve is pretty frightening when you’re court level. Arthur doing the plucky Brit thing though.

I'm not usually so invested in a Brit- it's very unlike me- but I like Arthur a lot. I was also impressed by what I saw of Felix Gill , when he played Jodar.

I have to go out soon, DD2 is finishing early today.

I think Fearnley/Munar could be a good match. Not sure if I’ll have the option to watch although as it involves a British player I’m sure it will get centre stage. I have to go out for a while though.

Arthur Fils (there are too many Arthurs) has great hair at the moment. Matteo has competition.

She started off well, but this 3rd set seems to be a set too far. But Eala is a good player, and at least Maya can take confidence in having won a match after a fallow period.

Matteo has dropped off a bit in this 3rd set, and Fils is taking advantage of that. Hasn't given up after falling 3 sets down.
